THE CHALLENGE

Employees of a global PE-Backed Asset Management Services organisation’s operated within a fragmented, manual environment that relied on siloed processes and sequential production steps. Each service functioned independently, using separate data sources, workflows, and front-end systems—leading to high costs, operational inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and limited scalability. This decentralised approach caused significant duplication across data, workflows, and infrastructure, reducing the ability to deliver fast, consistent, and scalable services.

THE SOLUTION

To address these challenges, i-Volution Platforms (1) produced Value Creation Plan detailing priorities to address Operational Efficiency (2) designed and delivered a unified Digital Operating Platform on AWS Cloud, serving as the foundation for global product alignment and integration. The platform leveraged modern digital technologies on Cloud, APIs, AI, process automation, data, and analytics to create a seamless, scalable solution.
